4 Point Inspection
4 Point Insurance Inspection is a very useful tool for insurance companies to keep afloat and make sure that they are insuring a property that will be a potential asset, not a liability. As an insurance agent, it is your responsibility to ensure that the property you insure will earn your company some money, and not cause unnecessary financial losses.
The 4 Point Inspection is required for all homeowner, dwelling, and mobile home applications for properties more than 30 years old. Guardian Angel Inspectors will check the home’s electrical system, plumbing, heating/cooling system (HVAC), and roof and provide an electronic report with color pictures and a description of findings.
Roof Certification Inspection
Roof Certification is an inspection that is sometimes required when a roof is original and considered at the end of its life expectancy, based on the age of the roof covering. The roof may have additional life left, and this form helps the insurance company determine coverage eligibility of the roof.
