Why is Balcony Inspection Necessary?
Balcony inspections are required by law for a good reason – they reduce the risk of accidents and help you ensure that all the safety features, as well as the structure are properly maintained.

Do I Need an Inspection Now?
If your property fits the following criteria, you should contact us sooner rather than later:
- Your building is at least three stories tall
- The balcony is more than 17 feet above grade
- The last inspection took place three years ago (according to The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, an inspection has to be conducted every three years which includes filling the Form HR-7020)
- There was a change in ownership of the building
